After numerous travels around the world, I have found that the most delicious cakes are made in Austria and France. And where is the most beautiful cake design found? In Great Britain, Australia, and the USA! According to my motto „Learn from the best!“, I studied the inner workings of cakes in Austria and France and the beautiful exteriors with cake designers from English-speaking countries. These design techniques have hardly been taught in Austria until now, but they are increasingly in demand due to a flood of stunning cake images on social media.
After 10 years and over 1,000 beautiful AND delicious cakes, I am now passing on this knowledge from the ground up. The four courses cover essential techniques in craftsmanship as well as organizational and logistical topics such as production, storage, and transport. The Wedding Cake Course Series can be booked as a complete series or as individual courses, depending on prior knowledge and personal interests.
Wedding Cakes Basic - Naked Cakes
A 3-tier naked cake will be baked and filled with stable creams. The focus will be on various filling techniques and floral decoration.
